Join us for a one-night-only staged reading of The Turnaway Play — a powerful storytelling event inspired by The Turnaway Study: Ten Years, A Thousand Women, and the Consequences of Having—or Being Denied—an Abortion by Diana Greene Foster, PhD.

This moving performance features real voices from abortion seekers, advocates, and frontline workers, sharing verbatim excerpts from the study alongside their own lived experiences. Together, we’ll bring these stories to life, confront the barriers to abortion access, and work to end the stigma that surrounds abortion care.
Following the performance, we’ll host a short community discussion on abortion access, ways to support your local fund, and how we can work together to end abortion stigma.
