Join us Sunday, June 29 at 3:00 PM at Glitterbox Theater for an event in support of the Allegheny Reproductive Justice Union (OPEIU 98) representing workers of the Allegheny Reproductive Health Center (ARHC).
Abortion care workers at the ARHC recently moved to unionize, but were met with lack of communication and retaliation, including the firing of 3 workers by management. We must come out to support them!
We’ll be screening The Janes (2022), a documentary about the Jane Collective, an organization that provided thousands of abortions in pre-Roe v. Wade Chicago. After the film, we’ll hold a discussion with members of the ARJU about reproductive healthcare, worker power, why and how the ARJU was formed, and how you can support!
