About the event

No Contract, No Coffee! Starbucks baristas are on strike! Pittsburgh DSA calls on our community to respect the picket line. We will stand with the workers on their picket lines and refuse to drink scab coffee as long as the strike continues. When workers take action together with the support and solidarity of their community, we can take back power from the billionaires and CEOs.

Pittsburgh DSA will be hosting a screening of the film Partners on Monday, November 17, to raise money for striking workers. Partners is a short documentary about the history of the Starbucks union organizing movement. We will be collecting monetary donations and non-perishable food items to support Starbucks Workers United in their fight for a national contract.

The screening will be held at the Glitterbox Theater in Homestead at 7pm on Monday, November 17.

In addition to the film screening, we will also hear from…
